Cancellation Policy

At Alwheed Store, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the customer may request a return after receiving the item (if eligible according to our Return Policy).
Incorrect Address: If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, they must contact us within 12 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: If the order is successfully canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
